SAR TRAINING BONE PACKAGES
The Bone Room has supplied Cadaver Dog Trainers with human bone material for 20 years. We put aside any damaged bones that are unsuitable for medical study, and discount them for SAR trainers.
All our material was sterilized for importation (most of it came from India 50, 60 years ago), but apparently these bones still have what SAR dogs need to be able to distinguish human from other animal remains. A few of the bones may have ink, paint, or varnish on them - but again, the dogs seem to home in on the human scent, and ignore 'the writing on the bone'.
We do not supply any 'wet' materials - only sterile bones.
PLEASE NOTE that these discounted bones are meant for the use of SAR Dog Trainers - if you are buying bones for art or other purposes, please buy specific bones from the website. We do not have an unlimited number of bones we can discount, and we would like to be able to continue to supply the good people who train dogs to find the unfound.
